Down Under & To The Right #4 - New Zealand

After a rainy day in Auckland we headed South-East to Lake Taupo to visit Sara's friend Rachel. We passed a lot of New Zealand countryside on the 4 hour drive and exchanged a number of stories. We met up with Rachel for dinner and some pool and then got ready for the very full day to follow.

"Bring On The Rain" - Our second day in Auckland it rained so we had lunch with Sara at a nice Japanese restaurant and then headed to the Auckland Museum.

We make it to Auckland and meet a young American traveler, Sam, on the bus to downtown. After walking him to his hostel, we meet up with Sara (our CouchSurfing host) and she takes us on a bush walk.
